Common questions
- Do you have a minimum order?
- No. We quote a single workstation the same way we quote a hundred. Trade accounts are worth opening once you are ordering regularly.
- Can you image to our SOE?
- Yes. Send us your image or your Autopilot profile and every machine ships enrolled, asset-tagged and ready for the user to log in.
- What happens when something fails?
- Standard warranty is three years onsite, next business day. It comes back to our Campbellfield bench, we run the vendor claim, and on fleet accounts we advance-swap so nobody waits.
- Do the AI boxes come ready to run?
- They ship with Ubuntu, CUDA and Docker configured, and a 72-hour burn-in behind them. Power on and pull your containers.
- Where do you deliver?
- Melbourne metro next day, Victoria in one to two days, nationally in two to five. Free freight over $2,000 ex-GST, palletised for fleet orders.
